Blacktail Mountain joins the Powder Alliance pass program


The Blacktail Mountain ski area has joined the Powder Alliance reciprocal pass program for the 2022/23 winter season.

Covering three countries and two hemispheres, the Powder Alliance offers three days of free skiing in 17 winter destinations.

“We are committed to delivering the most value possible to our customers, especially our season pass holders,” said Jessi Wood, General Manager of Blacktail Mountain, in a press release. “That desire doesn’t stop at the boundaries of our ski area and we couldn’t be more excited to join the Powder Alliance and offer our pass holders up to 45 days free at some of the best ski resorts in the country.”

Powder Alliance resorts for 2022/23 include Angel Fire in New Mexico, Bogus Basin in Idaho, Castle Mountain Resort in Alberta, Canada, China Peak in California, Dodge Ridge in California, Eaglecrest in Alaska, Kiroro in Japan, Loveland Ski Area in Colorado, Ski Marmot Basin in Alberta, Canada, Mission Ridge in Washington, Mountain High in California, Mt. Hood Ski Bowl in Oregon, Sierra At Tahoe in California, Silver Mountain in Idaho, Timberline in Oregon and White Pass in Washington.

Blacktail Mountain pass holders will get three days, Sunday through Friday, non-holidays, at Powder Alliance destinations, or up to 48 free tours.

In addition to free skiing at Powder Alliance resorts, Blacktail Passholders will be able to ski for free Monday through Friday at Blacktail’s sister resort, Mission Ridge, in Wenatchee, Washington.

The sale of 2022/23 season tickets at Blacktail Mountain began on March 19.
